Christ is our Sabbath.

Paul said, “Don’t let anyone judge you… about a Sabbath day. These are a shadow—the reality is found in Christ.” (Colossians 2:16–17)

You don’t need a calendar to find rest.

You need Jesus.

Must Christians keep the Sabbath? No.

Is it wise to take a day to rest from your work and rest in Jesus by spending extra time with him? Absolutely.
