I genuinely believe leadership is my spiritual gift. Prior to the age of 15 I had no desire, skill, and no leadership characteristics. Then I gave my life to Jesus. And all of a sudden, the desire, skills, and characteristics of a leader began to emerge quickly.

Honestly, leading large groups of people just comes easy to me. I love it. I can spend all day working on a leadership project and not notice the time go by. Don’t get me wrong, I still have a long ways to go.
