12 ways to NOT get bored at church

12 ways to NOT get bored at church:

1. Bring a notebook and take notes.

2. Bring a Bible and follow along.

3. During the music, actually sing the words with conviction.

4. Make it a point to introduce yourself to one new person.

5. Get there a few minutes early.

6. Don’t rush to leave the second the service is over.

7. Find a way to serve one person while at church.

8. When the pastor prays, genuinely pray as well.

9. Before you get there invite someone to come with you

10. Once you get to the service, find someone sitting by themselves and invite them to sit with you.

11. Before the service spend time talking with God. Praise Him, thank Him, confess any wrongdoing, and ask Him for what you need.

12. Show up with high expectations that God is going to do something.
